Between 2005 and 2023, there was $926.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $345.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $354.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $148.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
