Between 2005 and 2023, there was $426.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $134.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $204.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $30.9 million in consumer lending, $34.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
