Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $434.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $360.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $21.1 million in consumer lending, $125.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
