Between 2005 and 2023, there was $685.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $165.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $232.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $31.4 million in consumer lending, $173.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
