Between 2005 and 2023, there was $680.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $120.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $241.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $56.6 million in consumer lending, $230.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
