Between 2005 and 2023, there was $664.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $41.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $476.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $119.8 million in consumer lending, $20.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
