Between 2005 and 2023, there was $224.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $46.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $90 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $48.4 million in consumer lending, $37.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
