Between 2005 and 2023, there was $624.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $219.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $248.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $20.9 million in consumer lending, $113.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
