Between 2005 and 2023, there was $272.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $63.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $127.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $34.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
