Between 2005 and 2023, there was $507.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $38.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $224.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $177.2 million in consumer lending, $66.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
