Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2.3 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $774.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $619.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $152 million in consumer lending, $675.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
