Between 2005 and 2023, there was $541.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $65.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $355.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $80.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
