Between 2005 and 2023, there was $795.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $105.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $367.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $187.9 million in consumer lending, $22.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
