Between 2005 and 2023, there was $584.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $58.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $397.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $86.2 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
