Between 2005 and 2023, there was $934.1 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $175.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $507 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $20.8 million in consumer lending, $166.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
