Between 2005 and 2023, there was $651.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $422.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $128.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $67.7 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
