Between 2005 and 2023, there was $362.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $77.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $150.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $38.7 million in consumer lending, $54.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
