The Company will develop and operate a community campus to serve the growing orthodox Jewish community of North Central Phoenix. The project involves operating approximately 13,000 sq. ft. of office/meeting space across two buildings; a large green space, with playgrounds and sports court; and sufficient on-site parking to support neighborhood events.
