Women’s Opportunities Resource Center received nearly $600,000 to operate one of Pennsylvania’s new Small Business Assistance Service Centers. The program provides one-on-one counseling, accounting assistance, procurement support, and other services to small businesses with fewer than 25 employees and no more than $1 million in revenue.
