This New Markets Tax Credit project was the renovation of the Woodard Furniture and former Owosso Casket buildings into a mixed-use of offices, retail, and rental residential condo lofts located in Owosso, Michigan. The goal was to increase density with walkable access to jobs, recreation, and other amenities. The project cost over $7.3 Million to complete.
