Greater Minnesota Housing Fund’s Housing & Health work helped connect Fairview with affordable-housing investment opportunities, leading Fairview to provide $1 million to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. The capital will support acquisition, design, site preparation, and other predevelopment work for future affordable homeownership projects across the Twin Cities.
