This investment will allow Tillamook County Creamery Association to upgrade a former, shuttered dairy plant in Decatur, Illinois to a dedicated 43,000 square foot ice cream manufacturing facility to better serve their growing Eastern United States ice cream market. Tillamook County Creamery Association is a farmer-owned co-op headquartered in Tillamook, Oregon.
