The Watershed, a development by Root and Branch Real Estate, involved removing three small storefront buildings that were in disrepair and replacing with a new five-story, 25,000-square-foot mixed-use building. This initiative will provide paid internships to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, offering support to help employees identify and achieve career goals, develop job-related skills and plan for career advancement.
