Clearinghouse CDFI provided $5.6 million in replacement financing for The Villas on Lake Mary, a newly completed 76-unit affordable housing development in Flagstaff. All apartments are reserved for households earning no more than 60% of area median income, and the community reached high occupancy shortly after leasing began.
