Community Vision committed $15 million in NMTC allocation to help The Open Door Network develop a four-building integrated care campus in Bakersfield. The campus will combine shelter, transitional healthcare, behavioral health, housing navigation, workforce training, childcare, and food services while supporting permanent jobs.
