The project enabled the purchase, renovation and equipping of a vacated facility in a severely distressed rural region of St. Paul (VA). Rehabilitation of the facility enabled a 284,000 SF state-of-the-art manufacturing hub for the production of structural data center components, vital to the nation's growing, evolving tech industry.
