Super Natural & Fresh Produce III opened a new 43,000-square-foot grocery store Aug. 27 in Reading, Pennsylvania. Finata allocated $6 million in NMTCs to help finance the development. The supermarket offers fresh produce, meats, dairy and other grocery products. The property also includes a café, a wholesale distribution warehouse for small grocers and a future tortilla manufacturing facility. Blue Hub Capital and Reinvestment Fund provided the NMTC equity.
