Neighborhood Lending Partners provided rehabilitation funding and permanent financing under our Economic Development Program, for a 32 unit loft apartment building. The property is located in an urban residential neighborhood, part of a major renovation project sponsored by the City of Tampa. The borrower also received historic tax credits and real estate tax abatements for 10 years. The building, originally a church, was constructed in 1910. The renovation restored much of the wood details, original leaded and steel stained glass windows, and orange brick.
