FarmLink’s El Resilerador business course helped first-generation farmer Yadira Mendiola strengthen the management of Queen of Vegetables as she expanded from 2.7 acres to eight acres. The Salinas-area farm produces certified organic vegetables and berries and continued growing despite floods and wildfires.
