Quail Court is a 40-unit garden style apartment complex located in Burns, Oregon. The project has 10 onebedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units, 12 three-bedroom units and 4 four-bedroom units. A 1,936 sq. ft. community building has a kitchenette, manager’s office and laundry facilities.
