Mixed-use transit oriented - apartments: A long-vacant site in Boston’s South End has been improved with the building of an attractive 6-story building that serves as a "gateway” to this neighborhood. The building is home to Project Place, Inc., a nonprofit agency supporting homeless men and women with their transition to permanent housing and employment through job training, transitional housing, case management, career counseling and educational services.
