The Parks at Eastlake is the second phase of an affordable housing project built in 2002. Forty one-, two- and three- bedroom units in five 2-story buildings, with two units for families transitioning out of homelessness, two units for veterans experiencing homelessness and two units for person with physical disabilities. Project was built to LEED Platinum/Earth Advantage Gold level design and appliance package includes energy star appliances. Aspen Villas is a newly renovated affordable housing project consisting of 40 units in four 2- story garden walk up buildings with two units for families transitioning out of homelessness and two units for veterans experiencing homelessness.
