AltCap helped Empower secure $1.2 million in New Markets Tax Credit financing for the redevelopment of Wichita’s historic Nomar Theater into Provecho, a food hall and community events venue. The project will combine the shuttered 1929 theater with an adjacent building to provide space for food entrepreneurs, live music, movie screenings, and community gatherings.
