Acquisition and renovation a 43,495 square foot commercial property to relocate the Central School for Practical Nursing (“CSPN”) and lease 19,860 square feet of the building to Youth Opportunities Unlimited (“Y.O.U.”). The project will build-out clinical and classroom instruction space for CSPN, as well as tenant improvements for Y.O.U. CSPN is a practical nursing program that has historically provided no-cost certification programs for Licensed Practical Nursing (“LPN”) students.
