Wheelfish Group is redeveloping a downtown building in Muskegon; converting it into a mixed-use, mixed-income rental property with Reset Ventures, a local non-profit, as a commercial tenant. The building will feature 56 rental units; 39 rented at market rate and 15 units at 80% AMI or below. The property will also feature 11 short-term vacation rental style units that will meet the City’s short-term rental ordinance, which restricts such units to the downtown commercial district.
