The project consists of construction of a new 41,000 sq. ft. FQHC which will consolidate three existing stand-alone sites (a pediatric clinic, family practice clinic and an administrative site) in the rural community of Bastrop, LA. In the new facility, the first floor will offer 20 exam rooms, six behavioral health and counseling rooms, six dental operatories, a community room and on-site pharmacy.
