Started in 1997 by James McCabe, Milwaukee Brewing Company is located in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Aer years of steady growth, Milwaukee Brewing Company had the opportunity to purchase the property in which the brewery operates under the real estate holding company, MBC Properties, LLC. MEDC and Spring Bank financed the purchase, which also included adding additional cooler equipment. Currently, Milwaukee Brewing Company employs 35 people with anticipated growth of nine employees in the coming years.
