Enterprise’s California Tribal Housing Accelerator Academy is helping the Mesa Grande Indian Housing Authority plan a new 12-home development on reservation land in rural San Diego County. Training, technical assistance, predevelopment support, and grant funding are helping the tribe address infrastructure barriers and establish a larger long-term housing program.
