Grow America and Wells Fargo brought New Markets Tax Credit financing to construction of a new $13.8 million commercial fishing dock for the Makah Tribe after the previous dock suffered a catastrophic structural failure. The facility supports fishing businesses, jobs, fish processing and unloading, and emergency spill-response operations in Neah Bay.
