Lancaster Bridge Apartments is a 50-unit community in northeast Corvallis that provides affordable housing primarily for families with multiple children. The project was built in 1996 and, prior to NOAH’s loan funding, substantially rehabilitated to correct construction defects and to increase the energy efficiency and livability of the property. The project has 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units in seventeen 2-story buildings and includes playgrounds, raised beds for gardening, community room, common laundry, free Wi-Fi, and onsite office.
