Michigan Community Capital provided a $13.75-million New Markets Tax Credit investment to a new Kroger Automated Fulfillment Center in 2020. The project involved the new construction and equipping of a 135,000-square-foot grocery delivery fulfillment center in Romulus, Michigan.
