In 2014, Civic Community Partners provided $16.5 million in financing to help build the new 34,300 square-foot Family Health Centers of San Diego Health, Information Technology, and Education Center (HITEC) facility in Oak Park that houses an approximately 3,000 square foot community health clinic and also a health information technology education and training center. The project was completed in January 2016.
