Community Housing Capital provided a $6 million NMTC allocation to NeighborWorks Columbus to develop approximately 26 single-family homes in the new Elliott’s Walk subdivision in South Columbus. The 33-acre development is the area’s first new homeownership housing in more than 50 years and includes green space and natural preserve.
