Juan Malle and his wife Magali have long had a goal of sharing their Venezuelan culture with their adopted home of the Waukesha area through gastronomy. In 2022, they opened a deli, food and catering business specializing in arepas, empanadas, cachapas and other Venezuelan dishes.
