Prestamos CDFI provided a $10 million NMTC allocation for the expansion and modernization of Cristo Rey Houston’s campus, including roughly 40,000 sq. ft. of new and renovated educational space. The project will add STEAM classrooms, laboratories, arts space, college counseling, and other student services while increasing annual enrollment.
