Conners I is the new construction of two properties, both located in Bend, Oregon. Legacy Landing offers 47-units and Phoenix Crossing offers 24-unit for low-income elders, individuals and families, and people experiencing intellectual disabilities. Phoenix Crossing offers project-based vouchers on all units, which will help house the lowest income Oregonians. Both properties are mixed use with EPIC Management, the property manager, located on the ground floor of Phoenix Crossing and Mosaic Medical on the ground floor of Legacy Landing. The presence of additional on-site management resources or access to medical care improves the liability for residents of both buildings.
