BlueHub Capital provided $10 million of a $22 million NMTC financing package to renovate a historic Nubian Square building into the Community Music Center of Boston’s new headquarters. The facility will expand music education, youth workforce development, music therapy, and community programming and is expected to increase CMCB’s capacity by at least 50%.
