Community Capital Announces $1.0Million Line of Credit to Outkast Electrical Contractors, Inc.

Community Capital recently extended a $1.0 million line of credit to Outkast Electrical Contractors, Inc. Based in Dorchester, MA, Outkast Electrical Contractors, Inc. provides a full range of electrical installation services and is one of the regions leading Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a member of IBEW Local 103. Owners Paul Gray and Kevin Scarlett continue to grow and scale their business. Rapid growth presented challenges for traditional bank financing. The up-sized credit line provided by CCC will provide working capital to support a robust backlog of new business.
