Boston teaching hospitals committed $800,000 to Dorchester Bay EDC to support Columbia Crossing and preservation of existing affordable housing in Dorchester. Columbia Crossing will create 48 income-restricted apartments, including artist housing, and community and arts space while preserving the historic Dorchester Savings Bank façade.
