Colorado Lake Cooperative is a 45-space manufactured home community on 12.61 acres east of Corvallis. Permanent financing from NOAH enabled the resident-owned cooperative to refinance maturing debt and preserve the community for the long term. The co-op owns a small office, community building, and storage building, which are collateral for the loan; however, the permanent loan is fully supported by space lease revenue from resident homeowners to the co-op.
